You require a Burnaby Business License along with an approved Fraser Health Authority Food Safety Plan plus liability insurance. Vancouver Coastal Health certification is not valid. During your initial meeting/tour, we’ll be happy to discuss the application process in greater detail with you.

For hourly members, we require a 30-day notification. For part-time members, we require a 60-day notification. For full-time and VIP members, we require a 90-day notification.

A valid credit card is kept securely on file for auto-billing each month. We also accept post-dated cheque payments.

Depending on the membership plan, we generally allow no more than 3 staff members on one station.

We provide all manners of shelving, storage racks, major cooking appliances, cleaning chemicals, and optional dish rags. Members are responsible for their own smallwares, utensils, containers, etc. that they need to prep, cook, and package their food products.
